I acknowledge that I am participating in an event (the “Event”) that is sponsored by The Actors Theatre Workshop (“ATW”). By participating in such Event, I consent to be live-streamed on Facebook, photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded through digital, film, audio-only or other means of recording the Event. I also agree that such participation constitutes my consent that any and all rights to the work product, raw recordings or any interim product (the “Recordings) shall be the sole property of ATW and that ATW shall have the sole right and discretion to edit, modify, use, publish, in social media or otherwise, and reproduce such Recordings in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever provided that such use shall be in relation to ATW’s educational and charitable goals. I understand that all live streaming, photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by me herein and that I had the option to decline participation in the Event if I was unwilling to grant the consent contemplated herein. Furthermore, I agree not to hold ATW, its employees, officers and volunteers, responsible in the event that any such Recording is misappropriated by any unrelated third party and is used for a purpose unrelated to the educational and charitable goals of ATW.
